These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Main Craft Handyman, LLC (“Main Craft Handyman,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including its content, contact forms, estimate-request forms, and related features (collectively, the “Website”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Main Craft Handyman, LLC is an Illinois limited liability company providing handyman, home maintenance, repair, and improvement services in areas that include Henry County, the Quad Cities, and the Peoria area.

The availability of a particular service depends on the project location, project requirements, scheduling, applicable laws, permit requirements, and other relevant circumstances.

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Website in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation;

• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information;

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems;

• Introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material;

• Interfere with the Website’s operation or another person’s use of it;

• Copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit Website content without our permission; or

• Use automated tools to scrape or collect information from the Website without our written consent.

The Website allows visitors to contact Main Craft Handyman and request quotes. The Website does not accept payments, deposits, or online bookings.

Submitting a contact form or quote request does not create a contractor-customer relationship, reserve an appointment, or obligate either party to proceed with a project. We may contact you to request more information, arrange an inspection, or discuss the proposed work.

A project will begin only after Main Craft Handyman and the customer agree to a separate written estimate, work order, or service agreement. If these Terms conflict with an executed project agreement, the project agreement will control with respect to that project.

Information provided through the Website helps us evaluate a potential project. Photos, measurements, descriptions, and other information submitted online may not reveal all relevant site conditions.

Any preliminary price, price range, scheduling information, or other response provided before an appropriate evaluation is informational only. A quote or estimate is binding only when Main Craft Handyman provides it in writing and identifies the included work, price, and applicable conditions.

A quote or estimate may be revised before acceptance or as permitted by the applicable project agreement based on factors such as:

• Inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer;

• Concealed or previously unknown site conditions;

• Changes to the requested scope of work;

• Customer-requested additions or modifications;

• Material availability or price changes; and

• Applicable code, permit, inspection, or safety requirements.

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee that Main Craft Handyman will accept the project or provide services.

We may accept or decline any service request, subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee that we will be available in every location listed on the Website or that we can perform every requested service.

Some projects may require permits, inspections, licensed specialty contractors, or work outside the services we offer. We may decline such work or recommend that the customer engage an appropriately licensed professional.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information and disclosing known hazards, property restrictions, access limitations, and other conditions that could affect the work.

Any dates or timeframes discussed through the Website are estimates unless confirmed in a written project agreement.

Schedules may be affected by weather, material availability, site conditions, emergencies, customer changes, delays caused by third parties, permit or inspection requirements, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Project-specific cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and payment terms will be stated in the applicable estimate, work order, or service agreement.

Home-repair and remodeling projects may be subject to the Illinois Home Repair and Remodeling Act and other consumer-protection laws.

When required, Main Craft Handyman will provide applicable written contracts, notices, consumer-rights materials, and cancellation forms separately from these Website Terms. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

These Website Terms are not a substitute for any project-specific document or consumer notice required by law.

When you submit a telephone number, email address, or contact form, you authorize us to respond concerning your inquiry, estimate request, scheduled service, or existing project.

Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchasing services. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You may ask us to stop nonessential text messages at any time by replying “STOP.” We may still send communications reasonably necessary to administer an active request or project, subject to applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information you provide belongs to you and is accurate.

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you acknowledge that information submitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, access codes, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through a general Website contact form.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law. This section does not replace or modify liability terms contained in an applicable project agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action relating solely to the Website or these Terms must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction and venue in Illinois. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from bringing a claim in another location when applicable law gives the consumer a nonwaivable right to do so.

We may modify the Website and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised effective date.

Changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted. Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Main Craft Handyman concerning use of the Website. They do not replace any separate estimate, work order, warranty, or service agreement governing a customer project.
